EBOOKATHON WRAP UP | SPRING 2019

May 19, 2019 | Posted by Victoria in Readathons & Challenges, Wrap Ups | 4 Comments

I’ve been pretty behind on posting here, oops. I’ve been so busy with life and school and work, that blogging took the backseat for a little while. I was planning on sharing my announcement and TBR for ebookathon, but I didn’t get to it in time. If you didn’t know, ebookathon is a readathon I cohost where we try to clean up our kindles and ereaders by reading as many ebooks as we can for a week. This round I managed to read four books!

WRAP UP:

The Unhoneymooners: I’m not going to write too much here, because I did just post my review for this earlier in the week. Overall I really enjoyed this book, and thought it was a great addition to Christina Lauren’s books. I can’t believe it took me so long to pick this ARC up, because once I started reading I couldn’t stop!

Scoring Wilder – I gave this book three stars. There was too much girl hate throughout the novel that irked me, and the writing was just meh. I love R.S. Grey, and know this is one of her earlier books, so I just read through for enjoyment.

Red, White, and Royal Blue – Not going to write too much about this book here because I have a review going up for this soon, but omg I LOVE this book! There was so much hype surrounding it, that had me worried that it wouldn’t live up to my expectations, but thankfully it did. This is definitely a book I’m going to go back to and reread when I need a comfort read.

The Princess Trap – Omg, I love Talia Hibbert and this book did not disappoint! I’ve had it on my kindle for a few months now, and I don’t know why it took me so long to pick up! I knew I was going to enjoy it, and I’m so glad I finally picked it up and read it.

Overall I had a really successful readathon! Next time I’ll be sure to post an announcement here so yall can participate if you’re interested!

  1. I have been hearing great things about Hibbert’s books. I just got approved for Chloe Brown, and I am excited to finally read something by her.
