My Preorders | 1

September 9, 2019 | Posted by Victoria in Book Haul, Preorders | 5 Comments

I’ve never been a person who preorders book very often. Usually I wait until release day and go to the bookstore to pick up the book I’m wanting. Recently I’ve gotten into preordering books (which I feel may be a little dangerous because it’s easy to go crazy). Currently I have five books preordered, and I want to share what they are with y’all!

Capturing the Devil (9/10/2019) – This one comes out tomorrow, and I’ve had it preordered for a few weeks. I love this series so much, and cannot wait to finally read the finale! Even though I have this book preordered, I’m planning on rereading the series before I pick this one up.

Illustrated Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (10/8/2019) – I have the first three illustrated editions of HP, so of course I preordered the fourth book. I’m excited to get this book, but I can’t imagine how massive it’s going to be!

Daddy Dilemma (10/14/2019) – I’ve been loving Avery Flynn recently, so of course I had to preorder the second book in her Ice Knights series! I don’t even know what this book is about yet, but I’m so excited to read it!

The Queen of Nothing (11/19/2019) – Another finale I can’t wait for! I’m so glad the release date was moved to the end of 2019 instead of the beginning of 2020 because I need this book NOW. I’m also planning on rereading the first two books before I pick this one up!

The King of Crows (2/4/2020) – I’ll be waiting for this one for a while (cry), but I’m so excited to finally get the finale of The Diviners series. I bawled at the end of the third book, and I hate that I had to wait so long until I can read the finale, but I’m so dang excited for this. I think I’ll also get the audiobook for this because the audiobook narration for this series in phenomenal!

  1. I’m not a big pre-orderer either. You’ve got some good picks up there though!! I loved the first Diviners book and want to continue with the series for sure. And the HP Illustrated editions are always on my Christmas lists. Plus, I GOTTA have that final Stalking Jack book.

I think I’m going to pre-order Call Down the Hawk. That’s going to be the one I’m going to be ordering this fall 🙂

    • I definitely recommend continuing the Diviners series, each book gets better and better! Ooh, that’s so exciting, preorders always feel like little presents randomly showing up and it makes me so happy!
