- HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A BLOGGER?
I’ve been blogging since May 2014. Back then, I wasn’t a committed book blogger, barely reviewing any books at all and I would rarely visit other blogs. I’ve come a long way! - AT WHAT POINT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL STOP BLOGGING?
I won’t say “I will never stop blogging” because the reality is I never know what will happen in my life. For now, I don’t see myself stopping. I love this community and I’ve made great friends! - WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT BLOGGING?
My blogger friends! Meeting new people every day is amazing, especially finding people that share my same likes in books and then finding out we have the same likes in other aspects of our lives. - WHAT IS THE WORST THING? WHAT DO YOU DO TO MAKE IT OKAY?
I guess I would say not having time to dedicate to the blog. Life has a way of making it impossible to enjoy free time and sometimes it’s really hard to even turn on my laptop. I also feel horrible when I don’t visit blogs. Again, life happens and doesn’t let me. Lately, I try to go on my phone and if the blogger has a short review, I comment from my phone. But even that has been difficult to do.To make it okay, on Fridays I dedicate to visit blogs and replying to comments. I tried this two weeks and it worked perfect! So I hope I get to do this every Friday and that way I kick life’s butt in the process 😀
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO CREATE/FIND PICTURES TO USE?
Pfft um… Have you seen any creative pictures around? No? Then that answers the question haha I’m not very creative. This semester I’m taking a Graphic Design class and I’m hopeful it will turn on some creative bone in my body. - WHO IS YOUR BOOK CRUSH?
GARRETT!! Garrett is #1 book boyfriend! In case you don’t know him, he’s the male main character from The Deal by Elle Kennedy. - WHAT AUTHOR WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE ON YOUR BLOG?
Oh gosh! There are so many! But K.B. Ritchie wins! I love the Addicted series and Calloway Sister series! I’m in love with it! OH OH OH! CAN I HAVE CHARACTERS ON MY BLOG?! CAN IT BE RAISY?! *FLAILS* I would faint! - WHAT DO YOU WEAR WHEN YOU WRITE YOUR BLOG POSTS?
Nothing specific? For example,when I started writing this post, I was in jean shorts and a tank top. The day before I had pajamas. Right now as I’m typing the end of this post, I’m wearing a tank top that’s part of a pajama and some shorts. I think I’m always wearing shorts and t-shirts or tank tops. - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO PREPARE?
I don’t know! At times, I’m so hyped that I can write a review in less than 10 minutes, same with a discussion (usually the discussion starts as a rant and then I end up fixing it so it’s appropriate for a discussion). But other times like the past few weeks, it takes me days to write a review because my mind just won’t help :/ - HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THE BOOK BLOGGER COMMUNITY?
Gosh, it’s amazing! Everyone is so united. At first, I felt like an outsider because I would see other bloggers having close friends in this community and it took me almost a year, maybe a bit more to actually start having friends in the blogging community. Now, I can happily say I have a few that have become my close friends, ones where we text all the time, send Snapchats, count on each other for everything… It’s been a blessing.Another thing is how people come forward to help each other out or stand up for one another. I know I can always count on this community for any help I need, whether it’s on the blog or my personal life. This showed on my last Weekly Latte Rewind, where bloggers I didn’t even know commented, saying they were there for me. I was in shock at how many of you guys were caring for me. I cannot thank you all enough for how much it meant to me <3
- WHAT DO YOU THINK ONE SHOULD DO TO GET A SUCCESSFUL BLOG?
I think it’s to do something you love. When I first started, I thought I had to post every single day and I ended up posting promo posts more than I would post reviews or discussions. When I realized that what I was doing was pretty much wrong because I didn’t even care about the books I was promoting, I knew I had to stop and start changing my content to what I love to do. Now I write book reviews and trying to write more discussion posts because this is what I love. I still do some promos but it’s for books/authors that totally deserve the attention. Ultimately, just be genuine with what you post and people will notice 🙂

It’s so true- I think just being a genuine person and enjoying it is the best thing you can do! And girl, I feel you with the free time! I know we have issues here and there, but there is no way there’s a better group out there. 😀
